About us
Joe Cooke, PE, Principal and CETCO Team Leader
Joe Cooke, PE, is the founder and Principal of CETCO. He has been providing exceptional services to clients for over 28 years. His services include: geotechnical engineering and design, project site selection and planning, materials engineering and testing, Special Inspections, materials laboratory testing and construction estimating. He is a licensed engineer in multiple states and has practiced in over 30 states in various parts of the continental United States. His experience has included projects in size from as small as residential construction up to projects with multi-billion dollar budgets and building footprints of over 2 million square feet. This includes geotechnical explorations on over 1,500 projects in multiple industries. His technical training includes both a master's and bachelor's degree in civil engineering, specializing in geotechnical engineering as well as many certifications in construction materials testing and Special Inspections. He also is known for providing training to on-line, live and face-to-face audiences as large as 500 people on a wide variety of geotechnical topics. Further, he has provided expert geotechnical witness testimony on many legal proceedings.

We not only provide in-house geotechnical and materials testing services, we often team with other engineers and professionals to provide a complete approach of various civil engineering, structural engineering and environmental engineering services for projects. For over 28 years, we have worked with talented and qualified engineers and professionals to get the project designed and building occupied according to specified budgets and required standards.
